@JacquesThibs Seems like on average (at least from those who talk about about it) exercise improves mood and stress. Ofc maybe people who don’t find it helps them with mood and stress are also more likely to stop exercising. I dunno

Reflections after ~300km rowed: * It is nice to feel stronger * It has not affected my mood or stress levels at all * I sort of feel like my lung capacity seems larger, it that makes any sense * I sometimes actually like rowing, if I’m not pushing myself too hard
