Roblox UI Designers really piss me off. First of all, they overcharge while knowing nothing about good UX or basic UI principles. It's shocking how I see people charge over $1k and know nothing about basic stuff like good padding. Something I'll also never understand is how people do commissions without even importing it? Importing UI is like 40% of the job. Not doing it or charging an extra $500 is so lazy. If you're a UI designer on roblox and you actually want to produce a good product for you client, you should start doing your own research on how real world professionals do it. There's plenty of free and paid resources out there outside of roblox. I can't really blame the people who charge a lot and doing a bunch of commissions because they're just taking advantage of an easy way to make money.
