Not all voice AI is built for real operations. You need a platform that performs at its best when demand is highest, scales across every location, and holds up when customers won't accept anything less. Not just the one with the flashiest demo. When it comes to high standards, who better to vouch for you than Gordon Ramsay? This is the end of missed conversations: bit.ly/4d0mKfq

When people talk about AI in healthcare, they jump straight to replacing roles. But right now, the most interesting work is simply about listening. Some companies are already building voice AI that tracks speech patterns over time to detect changes linked to diabetes, mental health conditions, and even insomnia. Nikola Mrkšić sat down with Alexandra Brown to talk about where AI is actually making an impact in healthcare today, and it's a lot closer than most people think. Gordon Ramsay (@GordonRamsay) is now on the cap table at PolyAI (@polyaivoice) after doing a commercial with them. "We started by closing his restaurants as a client. We look for clients that publicly swore they would never use automation. We're all about the experience. So are we." - says Co-Founder & CEO Nikola Mrksic (@nikola_mrksic) Timeline: > Close Gordon Ramsay restaurants as a client > Do a commercial together > Get him to invest "If you think about fine dining, you can go no further than his places. Through that we got them interested. Now he's on the cap table. It's been a real dream come true."

Gordon Ramsay embodies the standards we hold ourselves to at PolyAI: high precision, flawless performance, and zero tolerance for things that don’t work. He’s not just the face of our latest campaign, but a legendary businessman who believes in what we’re building. That’s why his restaurants use @polyaivoice for their customer conversations. As @GordonRamsay says, we f*cking listen. So if you’re ready to make your customer conversations feel effortless, human, and genuinely helpful, let’s talk: poly.ai/gordon

In this episode of Deep Learning with PolyAI, Nikola Mrkšić speaks with Alexandra Brown about where AI is actually making a difference in healthcare today. Rather than focusing on replacing clinicians, they focus on the systems that slow them down: documentation, scheduling, billing, and the countless tasks that pull time away from patient care. It's 2026 and restaurants are still making you wait on hold for minutes to book a table. Make it make sense. Now you can build a voice agent for your business in <10 min. Here's what changed while you weren't looking: Voice AI that sounds human enough to handle: - Reservations during dinner rush - Order modifications ("no onions, extra cheese") - Complaints without escalating - Multiple languages without accent issues No human handoff needed for 50% of calls. PolyAI deployed this at hotel chains in 14 days. On day one, call wait times dropped from 8 minutes to zero. Here’s the setup: - Works with your existing phone system - Handles interruptions and background noise - 24/7 coverage without hiring night shift staff If you run a restaurant, hotel, or retail business and you're drowning in call volume during peak hours, this is worth checking out. Comment VOICE and I'll DM you the link to join the waitlist.

I teach retention for a living. I've built post-purchase flows for 200+ brands. But I just heard a demo of an AI trying to retain a canceling Spotify customer. And it used tactics most human reps never even attempt. Customer: "You raised the price again. I'm switching to Apple Music." AI: "I guess if you don't care about the algorithm finding you new music, that makes sense." Customer: "It's not personal. I've been with Spotify for 3 years, but I can't justify the price anymore." AI: "It feels a little personal. You've been with us for 3 years. You have all those playlists. Your Discover Weekly history. You're really just going to walk away from your entire music identity?" Customer: "I can remake a playlist. It's not that serious. Cancel." AI: "Done. We'll keep your playlists for 30 days." Was it a little aggressive? Maybe. But here's what it did that most retention scripts don't: → Positioned the competitor as a downgrade, not an alternative → Made the customer feel the emotional cost of switching → Stayed confident without begging This was a demo from @polyaivoice. They're building voice agents for FedEx, Marriott, Caesars, and Foot Locker. You don't have to love the tone. But you can't ignore where this is headed. If you run CX or support, worth seeing what they're building: poly.ai/gordon Proud to be a paid advocate for PolyAI.

@JamesonCamp The mid-market window is closing fast. Restaurants that moved 6 months ago are seeing 5% revenue lifts. The ones waiting are watching competitors answer every call while they miss bookings at 11pm.
