NBA head of officiating Monty McCutchen stated during an ESPN appearance that a foul should've been called on Victor Wembanyama when he pushed Jalen Brunson in Game 3.
He added the league is reviewing the incident to determine if a flagrant foul should be retroactively assessed to Wemby.

My final verdict is that this COULD have been a Flagrant 2 (Wemby ejected and suspended, series over) but it's not clear, so I don't want that.
The NBA absolutely MUST upgrade this to a Flagrant 1 today, one more and Wemby is suspended. Fair for all.
