@_klkeys_ @Linda_Kachuri @MelindaAldrich Not to diminish the issue of portability across populations of course...I still argue this is the biggest issue facing Personalized Medicine in 2019.

@_klkeys_ @Linda_Kachuri @MelindaAldrich I think that speaks to how, at worst, any realistic option to return results wouldn’t be in situations where all you can say is a 10% increased risk. I guess when does it become actionable then? An OR >5? A leading question...

Should polygenic risk scores (PRS) be a return of results either now or in the future? I’m not sure it should be. Am interested to hear what others think.
