PC does NOT have backwards compatibility. Try playing any CD-ROM from before 2005 on modern hardware. Hell, try playing floppy disks!

@possiblyazure account switcher as if you even need an account switcher in game. just use a launcher like prism, it has account switching and numerous other features + the ability to run multiple instances of minecraft at once
