Our NIH lobbying efforts last year (postdocparentsforchange.com) was a reminder that there are great leaders @NIH who really care, but they have many priorities, so hearing loud and clear from postdocs directly can make a real difference!

We learned from conversations with @JanineClaytonMD and @NIGMS director Dr. Jon Lorsch that @NIH relies on data from pilots such as these to determine the need within the community. When they aren't utilized, it isn't possible to expand them...
