Vladimir region, Russia ❗ 💥 The Ukrainian Armed Forces struck the “Vtorovo” oil pumping station near Vladimir, according to ASTRA’s OSINT analysis. The drone attack caused a fire at the Transneft facility, which supplies fuel to oil depots around Moscow and major airports. Regional authorities confirmed the fire after a UAV attack on infrastructure. The station had already been targeted in September 2025.
