Hey @Ryanair, my parents who are in their 70s and 80s, had accidentally downloaded the return flight boarding card instead of the outgoing ones and you charged them £110 to print them at the airport. £110 for 2 pieces of paper which took 1 minute. Shame on you

@HMRCcustomers your website doesn't stop me filling in online even though I am registered abroad. there are no links that you mention

@postledm If you previously couldn't file online due to an address not registered in the UK, this hasn't changed. The website will direct you to call the team to request the forms are sent as they aren't available for download online.

@HMRCcustomers I live abroad, this year I am able to fill in my self assessment online. Is this correct? Previous years I have had to fill in bits of paper, but there are no options to download pdf files this year

@HMRCcustomers my question was is it now okay for expats to do it online after years of having to fill in bits of paper. or is there a mistake on your website ?

@HMRCcustomers why an earth can’t expats do their tax return online??? Those living abroad are the ones who most need a secure and reliable method, not sending pieces of paper through multiple postal services that can so easily get lost.
