this is why words matter. Everything in this uses the allegations as if true. From the perspective of WHY Doc was banned. Not the perspective of the results of the lawsuit and the statements from Beahm as to what transpired in arbitration that cleared him of "any wrongdoing". This is why i wrote my article (pinned to my profile) so that people can look at the circumstances from what we know from the evidence. Definitively, Twitch made allegations. Doc sued Twitch and it was settled in arbitration. Arbitration is adjacent to the criminal and civil realm, but is handled by real judges, lawyers and within the laws of the applicable jurisdictions. The result is Beahm (DrDisrespect) won. This is where we have to use deductive reasoning. Twitch banned Doc for very specific allegations. In Docs "The Truth" video, he outlines exactly what transpired in the arbitration. That 1. the messages weren't "sexting" and 2. the User was over the age of consent (legal adult for purposes of the claims). This is the WHY of why we conclude from all available information, Twitch settled for the full contract amount (Reportedly $10m-$20m) in a silent agreement. We can conclude this with sound deductive reasoning because if Twitch was vindicated in their claims for banning DRDisrespect, they certainly wouldn't have paid him. Which is what Twitch was trying to get out of in the 1st place by banning DrDisrespect.
