Homem que sequestrou e estuprou menina de 9 anos é linchado em Tramandai e morre após ter sido agredido por populares. É uma situação preocupante. O linchamento é uma forma de justiça selvagem e brutal independente da gravidade do crime cometido pelo linchado. De qualquer forma,não tenho dúvida que este comportamento é um sinal que a população está perdendo a confiança nas instituições da justiça. O exemplo não está vindo de cima. A justiça com as próprias mãos é inaceitável e cria um ciclo de violência e ,sim, pode levar à morte inocentes.
