@RicardoisaGnome @gurglevoid @Dunkintern Gravy (preferably a chicken stock), cheddar cheese curds (only), and french fries. There’s a lot of other things you can add to that base., and still be poutine. This lobster monstrosity is still technically poutine. But it is a terrible combination and does not pair well.

@poutineexpert Haha while I agree it’s simply a meal prep option. It’s brown gravy and curds. I know. But that’s not powerlifting conducive. Deadlift and pop a whole bunch of curds out. But I mean if you are the expert … shoot me your best everyday recipe and I’ll do my damnedest.

カナダに来たのでカナダ名物、Poutineを買ってきた 白いのがチーズ、その下にフライドポテトがいてグレービーソースがかかってる このチーズ、味は何のくせもなく弾力ありすぎで溶けない、下のポテトはソースでやわらかくなって量が減るので食べやすく、ソースも濃くも薄くもくどくもなく想像より軽い
