Humans are extremely corruptable and easily manipulated. But knowing is half the battle. We can actually design for positive outcomes *because* we’re armed with that understanding.

#1 mistake I see early entrepreneurs make? Not interviewing enough ideal customers. People who have the problem you're trying to solve. Don't ask them about your product. Ask them about their problem. And don't stop at 3 or 4. You need 50. At least.
