One of the things that holds many of us back, as individuals and teams, is comparing ourselves to others. It's a trap. It causes us to focus on someone else's gifts, talents and purpose versus our own. Focus on being the best YOU that only YOU can be.

If you know your assignment you won’t get sidetracked by someone else’s. Nothing will take you out quicker than comparison or competition. God alone is the Lord of the harvest. His harvest field is big enough for everyone to run their race, and finish their course.

As we head into the first week of 2021, it feels suspiciously like 2020, what with a contentious election, everyone losing their minds, spiking COVID numbers, anxiety about in-person school. So I'm going back to some early pandemic reading. This is a gem👇🏼. Highly recommend.

@realDonaldTrump What about educators? We are back in school and currently have 20% of our staff out due to COVID. With staff absences there is very little instruction happening.

Democrats, OPEN THE SCHOOLS ( SAFELY), NOW! When schools are closed, let the money follow the child (FAMILY). Why should schools be paid when they are closed? They shouldn’t!

School is starting, hopefully, and the kids need you more than ever. BUT, we need each other too. They are far less worried and anxious about starting than many Ts are...we have to be there for each other. Our kids will do as well as we do !!! Be there for each other.

More than just reading God's words, we must choose to receive them. And even more importantly, we must live them. God's Word to me. God's Word in me. God’s Word working through me. God’s Word lived out by me. Let this be the rhythm of Truth in my life.
