It is quite amusing to me that those who are critical believe the OU dynasty has concluded. I would like to assure you that it is far from over. 🥎

@TylerBurton7 @Eddie_Rado It's ok to lose. I think it's how we lost this year. Losing big leads late in the game. Struggling pitching. No leaders. It was the complete opposite of years past. I mean 6-0 in elimination game AT HOME!? That's no OU softball..... it's ok for fans to be upset. Boomer forever!

@tierani_kristen Yup! Oh well. Keep the core. Get Nelly Mac back. Go after it again. Maybe this will motivate them to get better. Replace 2 starters, but talent is there. Gotta figure out pitching. Wouldn't be surprised if it was a whole new staff next year. Forever BOOMER

Texas started Kavan every game in the supers because they know she’s their best. Sometimes you don’t need to try to play 4D chess and just play your best player(s).

@DonBurda1 @stevebullard It was clear all season the girls seemed to be looking for someone else to step up in critical moments. It's so dumb to be negative about OU softball. 6 titles in 11 years, but precedent is set. It's not that we lost. We got shut out and played bad in elimination game.

The only good thing about our softball team losing today, is that I’m learning which of you know more about softball than Patty Gasso.

What will be the talking points in OKC for the WCWS when OU isn’t involved? What will people complain about?

@thehighport @SethOliveras listen we don't know what is going on in that locker room... and will never know, but there is something clearly off. They shoulda won game 1, but pissed it away. Yes 7-1 was cool, but 7 runs in 1 inning and had MULTIPLE opportunities to run rule them and no one stepped up.

OU's season is on the line today. Gotta make it happen or else it's curtains.
