If I had to start over and could only build in 3 GTM categories, these would be it:
Option 1: High-volume outbound teams
• SDR and BDR teams at scale
• RevOps functions managing enrichment
• Sales leaders building pipeline systems
Option 2: Outbound agencies
• Agencies running campaigns for multiple clients
• Lead generation as a service
• Cold email and cold calling infrastructure
Option 3: Product builders
• Sales tech companies embedding data into their product
• AI agent platforms needing enrichment as infrastructure
• RevTech companies building on top of verified data
Why these three?
1. All of them live and die by data quality
2. All of them feel the pain of fragmented providers daily
3. All of them compound when the data layer underneath them works
Fix the data layer for these three categories and you fix the foundation everything else is built on.
