@LukeeXXV These will help: Take all the meds prescribed by the Drs on time. Wag mag-miss kahit isa. Don’t stress yourself (mental & physical). Eat healthy foods. Always wear a mask when in public. Huwag magpuyat—10 PM dapat tulog ka na. No work for 3 months (if applicable).

@jacques_poz_UD Welcs. Medyo alanganin pala ang nature ng work mo pero kaya yan. Important ang 10pm to 2AM kasi within that time ang tissue regeneration and strengthening ng immune system. Nakalimutan ko: 9. Multivitamins, make it sure merong vit C with zinc as recommended by my doctor
