first of all, i want to thank everyone who wished me a safe trip and hoped i’d enjoy the concert… i’m truly grateful to all of you! but then there are people saying (how can a palestinian go to a concert while her people are dying?) the truth is, you don’t know what my life is like. the concert is simply something i wanted to experience .. just like anyone else!! why is it okay for everyone else to live freely… but as a palestinian i’m expected to only suffer? and honestly.. if you think saying that makes you a good person .. it doesn’t it makes you really cruel. i’ve already lost so much in this war!!!! and it’s not like you even care you just want to go on with your lives and leave palestinians to carry all the pain ! i’m also here with my mom who lost her mother, her home, her sister and all her children, her brother, and even her nephew also!! so what gives you the right to judge us ?!?! to tell us we can’t live or take a little break??? you live every day in safety never wondering who you might lose tomorrow!! if your life is that comfortable and free from suffering !!maybe the least you can do is keep your mouth shut !

@yurimaxed lastly, I myself am not australian, let alone aboriginal australian so if interested I’d highly recommend looking into what aboriginals themselves have to say about this topic :)) it’s been asked before and there are many channels for aboriginal people to share their thoughts !!

@yurimaxed furthermore the term has evolved a bit and is commonly written as “blak”. the term “blakfellas” or “blackfullas” is also used + other spelling variations. also to note is that these terms r used for all aboriginal people regardless of skintone, which ik is surprising to some lmao
