@prAna Ive messaged your customer care,twice. The fact that it takes your warehouse 24-48 hours to ship is ridic. I RUN a 3pl warehouse that does Ecom fulfillment of apparel. We offer same day fulfillment. I ordered 2 items yest. & paid for 1-2 day deliv. No tracking. #logisticsfail

@prAna seems to have a quality control problem. I bought two consecutive pairs of Wonderland Rocks Pants for $100. I specifically asked for BLACK, and the pants that were sent 2x - were Green! The pants are mislabelled. Can anyone help? #customerService

I placed an order with @prAna on August 4th. August 7th I received a shipping notice, but the status never changed. I contacted customer service on the 16th. I was told they would open a claim with shipping. Still no update. I asked for a refund and now they won't respond 👎

@prAna has a very racist policy. They don’t ship to freight forwarding companies… which is the way we can buy product in Latin America. Is the only US company to do so. Probably @prAna doesn’t like Latinos wearing their products.

@prAna I have multiple pairs of stretch Zion shorts which I love. I am afraid to buy the redesign due to the less than stellar customer reviews. Will you go back to the original design soon? I’ll need some new shorts in the near future.
