@BoHoNews I hope the industry will make a big song and dance about Kooble (previously 5pm.co.uk) going into administration, leaving those who bought their vouchers seriously out of pocket.

Hoping for a massive outcry, within the hospitality industry and elsewhere, about Kooble (formerly 5pm.co.uk) going bust. It has been paid by those who took out vouchers in good faith and, if they haven't redeemed them, will lose their money.

Beware when dealing with @bedsonline. My flights Frankfurt-Rome-Frankfurt were cancelled because of strikes at German airport yet it refused to refund my Rome hotel cost. Never again!
