This is the worst experience I have ever had from IndusInd Bank. I opened an online savings account, and they told me to do KYC. For one month, I was trying to do it, but it wasn't working. So, I decided to go to the bank physically, and they said the servers were busy

And to come back after two days, but the biometric system wasn't there, so they are saying go to the other branch. So I decided to try video KYC, but before video KYC, I am confirming that I can do KYC with an e-PAN. They said yes, but luckily I connected, and they said no e-PAN
