@jess_marnich @aaronsmith @leitoi24 I had the pleasure (?) Of swimming in the frigid waters of the Humbolt currents off Pichelemu (tried surfing too), a few (short) dips up the mountains and was tempted (but couldn't) to swim in a lake near Perito Moreno (with lumps of ice floating around).

@aaronsmith @leitoi24 I’ve travelled in that area & it’s stunning. And also had the misfortune of jumping into an ice melt stream mid-summer to cool off after a day of hiking, and jumped back out very quickly 😂

@Bundogs Last 10kms definitely, last 2kms brutal, last km I wanted to cry.
Previous longest training was 14kms
More sprint/squad sessions in the pool - would have added a lot of missed speed.
As I'll never do these again, enter!

Mr Dutton & Coalition don't value the work done by public servants in CBR & around 🇦🇺 Cutting 36k public servants would be bad for veterans, aged care recipients, ppl on NDIS & everyone else benefiting from valuable govt services. Outsourcing the public service is not cheaper.
