@janetacarr I only consider I know a codebase when I can draw a representation of it and effectively explain it, especially to someone who knows nothing about it I consider creating visual representations a fundamental skill of an engineer, but I believe I'm in the minority sadly

Cool thing some Computer Science seniors in University said to me as a first-year: The more time you spend drawing, the less time you'll spend coding No surprise that I like diagramming a solution However, I quickly learned pro devs only like diagrams when they ask for them😑
