Founders, would you rather have: - cofounder who can code - cofounder who can sell

I'm a 27 year old founder. KINDLY recommend to me oddly specific tips for life. NO general “surround yourself with good people” tips please. I want the most random advice possible.

with claude, I have become the storyteller who can code. In 2026, Founders are multi-disciplinary

the scariest thing I ever did was quit my perfect job at its peak. I was working closely with the founder of a D2C footwear brand doing 300cr in revenue. I left to build a company that didn't officially exist yet. two months. two lives. 16-hour days. terrified the entire time. that fear was how I knew I was meant to build.

most founders were the kid who had to win at everything. so every loss hit hard. you'd take it personally and spiral. but when a team is counting on you, you don't get to fall apart. no self-pity. no hiding. the thing that got you here is the first thing you have to give up. nobody tells you being a founder means learning how to lose.

@pragyaatandon I get it, but isn’t that spiral unhealthy?? Maybe should look into it! Because it’s not always about *winning*

@abhayygosai I used to go for a lot of competitions, Debates, Case Comps, MUNs while in school. And I was obsessed with winning, and stacking up trophies and medals. But if I'd lose I would spiral. This toxic fear of failure makes you obsessed with winning, but it also takes a lot.

@pragyaatandon We must first define *winning*, as it’s quite subjective. However, could you elaborate on what you mean by saying “you have to give up on *very* that got you here”?

@16vchq Hey, I am building 24&16 films, an AI Native Production studio. We have worked with 50+ Brands in India, USA and GCC. We can scale brands 100x, 10x faster by solving the most dreaded problem of content volume. Here is some of our non-nda work. @2416films" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">youtube.com/@2416films
