It breaks my heart even writing this, but after 5 amazing years, we made the very tough decision to close @FlexableCare down. While I don’t know what I’ll do next, I am grateful to Jess Strong and everyone who has worked with us, supported us or used our services along the way❤️

I'm having a hard time diversifying our founding team. I've interviewed 20 candidates for an NLP Engineer but 19 are male & 15 are white. We're currently a team of 6 with 5 white guys & I'd love to see what we can do in order to attract a more diverse talent pool. JD below 👇
