However last week, I had the opportunity to see him and hear him speak live, something I’ve always wished for!! Most definitely the most humbling, respectful, knowledgeable, thought provoking, and phenomenal speakers I’ve ever had the opportunity to listen to and learn from! 4/5

There is probably no worst customer service I have ever felt than this and I will simply never be taking @AmericanAir again. @INDairport please get better service agents who help ALL PASSENGERS and get more than one customer agent to help when there are such issues. 14/x

@AmericanAir you’ve definitely lost me as a customer now. Yesterday I was supposed to fly from Indianapolis-Charlotte-Heathrow for a 4 day cousin get together. My flight AA2215 initially was on-time, but later we were boarded and then deplaned. The flight was delayed. 1/x
