Tried calling Bajaj Finserv customer support endlesslly no response at all. Due to their system error, a wrong “insufficient balance” charge and penalty were applied. I will NOT pay any additional charges until all wrong charges and penalties are waived off and refunded ASAP.

Had sufficient balance (₹4,330) in my account for EMI auto-debit of ₹4,178, yet received an “insufficient balance” message. A wrong penalty of ₹295 was charged and added to my EMI. This is unacceptable. Please resolve immediately. @Bajaj_Finserv #bajajscam #saynotobajaj









I booked an Uber Auto as it was cheaper than a bike Fare shown was ₹29, but the auto driver charged me ₹64 I paid to avoid conflict. After contacting Uber support, I received a credit of just ₹4.66. Is this the resolution for being overcharged more than double? @Uber_India
