Woke up to a hack from 4.5hrs of sleep. Did calls the whole Sunday for past 18hrs to align and ensure our users are 100% safe!

Update on the Resolv incident: The Fluid team has secured short-term loans to cover 100% of the bad debt currently in the protocol. These funds were secured with commitments from @Lomashuk from @cyberfund, @weremeow, and the Fluid core team, ensuring that no user funds are at risk. @ResolvLabs has confirmed they will cover all USR positions that were originated before the security incident, and will enable redemptions required to close those debt positions. Additionally, multiple investors have expressed interest in purchasing $FLUID from the treasury should any additional funds be required, further strengthening the protocol’s backstop. Fluid smart contracts are safe and operating as intended. All other markets continue to function normally, and protocol safeguards remain active. Users may see temporary rate volatility while positions are being unwound. We will continue to provide updates as the situation progresses.

the difference when you read through gstack's skills and a typical engineer's skills is the ability to delegate, honed over time managing people
your 10x IC engineer, can't magically gain those skills overnight

last month i decided to step away from @noicedotso and hit pause on my founder journey
noice is roughly a year old but the team has been grinding together since early 2024. back then i was just happy to be working day in and day out with people i liked - i had no idea what it would turn into
launching noice was the magnum opus of my professional life so far. 'noice summer' as we termed it is a time of my life that i'll never forget and it truly changed my belief in what a small team can achieve in a very small period of time
we shipped something real, got backed by people we deeply respect, and went through the kind of lows and highs that permanently change how you see yourself. i'm so grateful for every bit of it
but somewhere in the middle of all that, i started feeling like a new chapter was calling. not away from the work, away from the version of me that was doing it
next few months i'm focused on reflecting and working on myself. sitting with the discomfort of not knowing what's next until that becomes okay
meanwhile srijan, heet and the rest of the team are gonna continue steering the wheel at noice

A few things worth knowing as we move forward.
Glint House - the entity behind Ranger Finance - retains full possession of all IP, source code, and infrastructure. Nothing is lost & the work continues.
The team has been developing new capital strategies to ensure we can keep pursuing our product vision. We'll have more to share on that very soon.
We are meaningfully further along today than we were when we first listed on MetaDAO. The roadmap is intact. The conviction is intact. If anything, going through this process has sharpened both.
I came out of it more convicted.
