@ProvilacMilk I have been an active subscriber of your milk and I have not faced any quality issues. I use my wife's account and I recently ordered Mango flavoured milk and it was not delivered. I raised a ticket and money was refunded. To my surprise the amount refunded was 120 but the actual price is 130. For this I had to raise another ticket. This can't be a human error because all this gets done via system This raises serious concern on the ETHICS on how you operate? @Abhirajputfit Finally someone said it. 💯 Percent. I started with assisted pull ups. I learned to do normal push up by altering the weight using this machine. I use it for my warm ups on back and leg days. I use it as a finished back day. There is a reason this machine was invented.

someone told me they feel embarrassed using the assisted pull-up machine at the gym. embarrassed. for using a tool designed to make you better? we've somehow turned improvement into a status game where using assistance means you're weak or not serious. and that's totally backwards. assisted pull-ups aren't just for beginners. many advanced lifters use them for high-volume finishers, drop sets, or controlled eccentrics to push lats harder. there's no shame in assistance. that's literally how progress works. if it helps you get stronger, use it. don't let imaginary judgment stop you from doing what's effective.
