Absolutely horrible experience with @HitachiGlobal airconditioner. Water was dripping from the unit since day one. No resolution yet it's been a month now. The technician spent a lot of time yesterday and still nothing has been done.

Jiomart has the worst customer service I've ever seen. Ordered something which kept getting delayed it's been a month now and still no resolution, the people keep dodging my questions. No refund process in sight at all shame on you people @JioMart_Support
