@agodaindia I immediately sent Agoda the receipt and all necessary documents, including my boarding pass, to request a refund. However, it has now been over 15 days since my journey, and I am yet to receive my money back.

@agodaindia Upon arriving at the airport, the airline staff informed me that their system showed "payment pending" and refused to let me board without paying again. Left with no choice, I paid for the same ticket a second time.
