10 complaints, 2+ months, 50+ long calls. 8 e-mails to Jio Appellate Authority.
Still, my Jio AirFiber issue stands exactly where it started — “Under Process.”
When I rejoined @reliancejio this August, I genuinely believed in their “Digital India” dream again.
But what followed was pure torture.
The device was pre-activated by staff at his own home , even before installation. (serious security concern) , Plan was for 50 days, service got barred in just 40–45 days. Engineers? They never came.
Every time I called customer care, I got the same robotic line:
“Please wait 24 hours, sir.”
“It will be resolved within 5 business days.”
Bro… those 24 hours have turned into 2 months of calls, explanations, and fake promises.
Engineers keep rescheduling visits with false remarks, not once showing up. Customer Care closes complaints without consent, and the Appellate Authority (Gujarat) — despite 8 detailed mails with proofs — hasn’t replied even once. (@TRAI rules violations)
The local engineers behave like they’re mini Ambanis, doing whatever they want, closing complaints, ignoring calls, and giving fake updates as if customers don’t matter.
It’s not about Wi-Fi anymore. It’s about how a billion-dollar company’s system can trap a customer in its own web of fake updates, broken promises, and absolute silence.
There’s no way to escape this trap — because the same people who cause the problem are the ones who’re supposed to fix it.
@JioCare — it’s time to wake up before your loyal customers lose complete trust.

@reliancejio This is frustrating my SR00002R8V1R is open for the last 3 days the service engineer is giving fake updates for the same saying society permission required I live in an independent house and not in an apartment complex and have had Jio fiber from day 1.

@JioCare JioFiber should prioritize enhancing its customer service instead of focusing solely on product improvements.Otherwise, they risk experiencing a significant decline in their customer base. I believe that's what they need based on the trend I see.

I ordered a JioFiber connection yesterday and received a message that installation would be done today between 10 AM and 12 PM, but I haven’t received any call or visit from the engineer yet.
