The total eligible voters number is inflated because in many constituencies, dead people are listed in the voting list. Another huge chunk of the population is either abroad or couldn't vote due to distance. Election serving employees could only vote proportional.

In this parliamentary system "janta le chuneko pratinidi" is such a scam. I mean there is only 60% voter turn out and you are not getting all of the votes either, nearly a half of the population will be deprived of their "representative".

@pratikinnit Cannot compare Mumbai Indians (home team as well as best team with enough quality fast bowlers) with other teams. Quality is important, not quantity.

@MaharjanSamraat He hasn't really though. Yes he bowled a few over in SLA and MCA games but is that enough. Mumbai Indians play with a minimum 4 pacers and so will England, WI, Scotland because its a pacer favouring pitch. If Gulshan bowls good, but removing a pacer would need him bowling 3-4 imo

@pratikinnit Gulshan is bowling these days ,(although he doesn't bowl much in NPL). So, I suspect he will chip in with 2-3 overs. Pace bowling is not really Nepal's biggest asset.

@MaharjanSamraat I disagree. I think we need 3 pacers if Gulshan isn't bowling and it looks like he won't be especially for mumbai pitch which has little help for spinners. Even if we go for two spinners, i think lokesh will be left out. 6 batsmen, 5 bowlers doesnt look that bad withkaran and som

@pratikinnit I don't see all 3 pacers together. Sher is likely to play. Basir to replace Bam in your line up. And let's not forget Jora was playing from the West Indies series to Qualifier. Aarif replaced him right towards the end. So, it will be interesting to see how they go now.
