As expected, your third-class logistics failed again. The store manager confirmed the product hadn't reached the warehouse, so delivery on the 26th was impossible. I've asked for cancellation and refund. @RelianceDigital

@RelianceDigital Pathetic service. Booked LG 12/7 Washer Dryer on 7 Jan at Mall of Asia. Delivery promised by 10 Jan, still not delivered despite repeated follow-ups. Complaint logged with ResQ (SR: 0701770943). Extremely dissatisfied. Deliver ASAP.
