Reached out multiple times, First, the engineer didn't show up for the 3-4 PM slot today, and then the ticket magically closed at 3:39 PM. 😡 Re-opened it, rescheduled for 6-7 PM, yet it was closed again by Rahul Patel at 4:50 PM, claiming service was restored. Seriously?
