@Precigenetics This is super cool. Do your trajectories generally run to a resolvable endpoint? When a trajectory does resolve, how early is its fate committed? Can you predict the fate from your chemical signals before it's morphologically obvious?

Same living cell. Twenty measured states over eight hours. 2-10GB per 2 hours. Each measurement contributes to a trajectory rather than a disconnected endpoint. This drug did not work. It was vemurafenib, used on NRAS-mutated melanoma. This is exactly what we expected.

we are planning on training a large model in a private partnership (collaborator locked) to prove that this gives more info that scrna-seq trained models. cannot say more right now, will release more info in 4-5 months!

Cool stuff, how much spatial knowledge we are encoding here, for single cell rna-seq thats one of the biggest issues. I saw in some of the videos, so like through videos, it's like understanding the trajectory of how the change in glow in certain area would happen likely be the next state?
