I got to the office today and my staff told me our pouches were finished.
For a second, I wanted to question them because it felt too sudden to finish but I decided to check my last conversation with my pouch supplier instead.
The last time she supplied us was on April 2nd.
I went through all my transactions with her and realized my restock with her has been consistent. Every single month, she supplies me 5,000 pouches, and I pay 350k.
That means so far this year alone, I’ve spent ₦1,750,000 just on pouches. This is excluding the jumbo packs. Omoh our customers dey chop ooo 😳
The lady that supplies me is a vendor on this space so you know I spend on same online that gives me sales.
Honestly, I don’t even know what to say except thank you to our customers.
This brand is nothing without your support. Every pouch you carry is not just packaging, it’s value, it’s intention, its quality. And it’s definitely not cheap.
A lot of what I make goes right back into making sure you get the best from the pouch itself to the thoughtful gift inside every kilishi pack.
I’m sure my supplier will smile when she sees this post. She once told me she already knows the period I usually call for restock, so she keeps her phone close for my call.

The blessings that come with having an offline shop can’t be overstated.
This man came all the way from Lagos just to purchase our products in wholesale for his daughter. He said he wants her to join our distributorship chain, and honestly, that alone means so much to me.
That empty space you’re seeing? He cleared the Suya spice there. He bought Kilishi in bulk and cleared our Stew spice.
Moments like this remind me that what we’re building is bigger than just sales. It’s trust, it’s impact, it’s legacy.

There’s this one Abacha spot I discovered last year… I spent at least ₦30k every week on their Abacha.
That’s how much I love Abacha 😅
They could make Abacha so well, but what really held me down was the customer service.
The man managing it understood business like a pro, he knew exactly how to keep customers coming back.
Some weeks I wouldn’t order and he would check in with a drink, asking why I hadn’t been around. Some days, he even gifted me a free plate of Abacha.
For a long time, I hadn’t heard from him…until I found out from his people that he left to become a reverend father.
They said he destroyed his SIM card so no one could reach him.
I learnt the lounge where he managed the Abacha business lost so much customers because he’s no longer there.
I felt heartbroken.
I asked myself, “Why God? Why call him now that we need him?” I haven’t eaten Abacha this year… because the man I was buying from went to serve in another calling.
Honestly… imagine me quitting business to become a reverend sister.
My customers would probably drag me out of the convent! 😅
