Our population-based study finds testosterone deficiency (TD) is associated with ~27% higher risk of major cardiovascular events, with similar risk in men on TRT, suggesting TD may drive this risk. CV risk assessment and lifestyle optimization are key. pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/41168375/
