This high school season has been off to a good start! The off-season work is starting to show. This seasons schedule is tough but we are showing up and competing. Defense has been solid and I have caught a few girls stealing. I threw my first high school no hitter last night. I was the last out away from a perfect game but I am thankful my teammates played great defense behind me. My grandparents got to watch me achieve this. Pitched 5 innings, 0 hits, 0 runs, 0 walks and 9 K’s. Offense I was 2 for 3 with 2 RBI’s. Only played two league games this week. Went 2-0. Other games cancelled. Had a great week. Offensively- 10 PA’s, 5 AB’s, 4 hits, 5RBI’s, 3 BB’s, 1 HBP, 1 SF, 1 stolen base, ERA - .800 and OBP - .800. Defensively - 4 TC, 3 Assists, 1 PO. Pitching- IP - 4.1 - 1 win, 14 BF, 2 hits, 1 BB, 0 runs, 5 K’s and .000 ERA. Big test against last year league champs next two days. I started on the rubber last night in my first Varsity softball scrimmage. I pitched two innings and faced six batters and had 6 K’s. Had 2 AB’s with a single and a SAC Bunt. I had an amazing day yesterday at the @USASoftball HPP Identifier!!! I was excited to see a former teammate, @AinsleyDav67246, as well as meeting some new people and catching some high level pitchers, like @MacieBanks2029 .
