BREAKING: DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin just threatened federal investigations into voters and state election officials with “fines, by penalties, and even prison time” if states don’t participate in the OPTIONAL federal SAVE program. This clearly clashes with the U.S. Constitution. Article I, Section 4 gives states primary authority over the “Times, Places and Manner” of congressional elections. Congress can pass laws to set or override rules, but threatening criminal penalties on state officials for not using a voluntary federal tool exceeds that authority and undermines federalism. States run elections, not the President!

Judah Everage was on his knees with his hands in the air when officers slammed him to the ground near Wickham Park in Melbourne. On July 5 they went to the movies together. She was reported missing two days later after her family found her apartment door damaged and her dog left without food or water. Police tracked their phones to a remote desert area. On July 11 her body was found in a shallow grave. Rodolico was arrested the same day. He initially claimed two unknown men attacked them, but investigators say he visited the burial site earlier that day and bought supplies used to bury her - clear evidence of premeditation. Sean St. Cyr was previously charged with raping a 16-year-old girl while she was under the influence of marijuana. He was released on $100,000 bond with GPS monitoring but continued his behavior anyway. A separate victim reported months of stalking, including him showing up unannounced and trying to contact her despite being told to stop.
