Competitive Dance team is peaking for IHSA Sectionals next week at Sycamore.

The hardest thing about being a Head coach is never about coaching the sport. The hardest thing about being a Head coach is the behind the scene factors that few ever see or even talk about.

Good thing the Freeport mascot is the pretzels because their hip hop was SALTY! Keep up the sass and the high energy dancers! I loved it!

I love the story that Freeport is portraying in their routine today. They move from soft movements at the start into an intense story towards the end. This is a great tactic that really pulls the audience in. Well done dancers!

LOVED the song choice from Freeport. Really showed the amount of practice and skills of the dancers because of the silence in the whole first half. Really takes good communication across the whole team to do a song like that & have it look as good as it did!! Props to you👏🏻
