Ok, so in my first stream using Pretzel, multiple audio portions contained copyrighted content owned or controlled by a third party... so what happened here? 🤔 @Pretzel_Rocks @TwitchSupport, any insights or assistance would be greatly appreciated!

@SigittaNew Hey Sigitta, after working through legal agreements, writing new code, and finding and fixing more roadblocks, we pushed out an update earlier this month. We have received reports of Mac users being unable to log in on the desktop we are now working on.

To our Pretzel users, we are aware of a YouTube CID issue with one of our larger YouTube Safe Catalogs. We own this catalog and will be fixing this ASAP. Nobody will be demonetized in the meantime. We are sorry for any hassle this may have caused you, and we will keep you updated

@imaSpaceboy We have a fix being deployed. All claims should stop, and the catalog should return to being active in Pretzel in 24 - 48 hours.

Hey @Pretzel_Rocks, I don't think I've ever really seen an explanation of the little symbols in the player next to an artist's name? Is there a handy guide explaining what they all mean? I can take a guess at one or two of them, but figured asking would be best!

So today I received an email and notice of "copyrighted audio detected" from twitch. The clips were picked from a vod more more than a month ago. Went back to check, the vod is now gone/corrupted. The only Audio I play is from @Pretzel_Rocks Guess its time to make a switch.
