in a weird and roundabout way, she isn't wrong (hear me out): Was it actually rape? not exactly. she was consenting. it was voluntary. But She is right that she was being used. That it was loveless and transactional. Sexual activity was made to be within the confines of a marriage covenant. For the safety and well-being of both parties. It's supposed to be selfless and not about individual lusts. She's not being raped. But she IS being used and abused and because of her own materialistic desires and cultural pressures, she consented. She is right to feel bad about this. She shares in the blame, yes, but she is right. Let us try to make a better world going forward, where our children to not feel pressured, or enslaved to themselves enough, to do such things. Let the whoring and the whoremongering and the whore-paying cease. Let sex be returned to it's sacred, beautiful, noble, and yes even silly, place in society, in the lives of individuals and couples, and in marriage.
