The Mandhal Plate inscription of Rudrasena II ~C.4th AD, of the Pravarapura-Nandivardhana branch of the Vakatakas is very interesting.
Firstly, from a POV of historical record, this is one of the earliest records of this branch of the Vakatakas.
Secondly, they quote Vyasa as an authority in this line :
व्यासगीता श्रा श्लोकः प्रमाणीकर्त्तव्यः —
स्वदत्तां परदत्तां वा यो हरेत वसुन्धराम् ।
गवां शतसहस्रस्य हन्तुहरति दुष्कृतम् ॥ १ ॥
“The verses sung by Vyāsa are to be taken as authority :
'One who takes away land given by himself or by another, incurs sin equal to the slayer of a hundred thousand cows.'”
Thirdly, we learn the name of Senapati Vibhishan, who commissioned this inscription in the name of the Maharaja, in the last lines :
संवत्सरे पञ्चगे वर्षापक्षे षष्ठे दिवसे सप्तमे स्वमुखाज्ञप्ति लिखितं सेनापतिविभीषणेन ।

Some policewomen are in uniform, while others are in civilian clothes. It's possible that those in civilian clothes were present at the protests as Trojan horses from day one to keep an eye on the protesters & provide intelligence on the best time to act.
