@hathawaykim @KateJones_teach Proformas for lesson obs. Full lessons are never really watched. We have a culture of support and integrate instructional coaching & peer support alongside a comprehensive cpd offering. Any 'lesson observations' are carried out as part of learning reviews.

Had nothing to do with lesson observations. And what is mentioned on that doc is as much about subject leaders as any 'slt'. We don't use >
