@JDunlap1974 I remember some people wanted her to be VP. You'd never know what happens.

When both Trump & Iran’s leaders brush off a ceasefire, it feels less like strategy and more like pride.each side scared to be the first to blink, but what stays, is the image of ordinary people going to bed not knowing whether the sky’ll stay quiet.

JUST IN: 🇺🇸🇮🇷 President Trump says he does not want a ceasefire with Iran.
English

@BRICSinfo Saying he doesn’t want a ceasefire feels like Trump pouring fuel on a fire that’s already too close to civilians. I get the appeal to strength, but it scares me how little room it leaves for someone to step in and say “enough” before more people get hurt.
English

@Emmanuellatheo @BRICSinfo That's because all the wars and pandemics are programmed for almost similar or very close objectives.
English

@BRICSinfo I'm really worried at this point.
Why should an interwar have such ripple effects on other countries?
We literally did nothing wrong(except depending on other countries for such resources 🫠)
Please end this war. 😩

English

@idris_senator @BRICSinfo @africaupdates These long stories are inconsequential. Iran will not hold that portion of international waters to ransom. At the right time , the nuisance happening there will be stamped out. That's a fact. The war can continue on another front, if they like. That portion of Iran will be lost.
English

If this report is accurate, then this is a major and dangerous escalation—not just for the Middle East, but globally. The decision by the United Kingdom to allow the United States to use its bases to strike Iran effectively means Britain is no longer a distant observer it is now directly enabling military operations. Even if framed as “defensive,” it still makes the UK a participant in the conflict in practical terms. What’s worrying is how quickly this blurs the line between support and full involvement. Once a country provides bases for airstrikes, it risks becoming a legitimate target for retaliation. And in a conflict already centered around the Strait of Hormuz a critical global oil route the consequences could ripple far beyond the region.
There’s also a contradiction here: UK leadership has repeatedly said it doesn’t want to be dragged into a wider war, yet this move does exactly that in all.
If it's true, this isn’t just a tactical decision it’s a strategic gamble. It raises the risk of escalation, expands the battlefield, and increases the chances that more countries get pulled into what is already becoming a deeply volatile and unpredictable conflict.

This hints at how much pressure they feel. Defiant, yes; relaxed, No!

@BRICSinfo @obande101 You mean Putin’s basically saying, I’ll cut Iran’s intel only if the US cuts Ukraine’s support?
This will keep everyone locked in place instead of cooling things down. We need peace 🕊️
English

@echezilam @BRICSinfo It will be open.. You really think when it's time to stop that blockade, it won't be done? All the sympathy will soon be over and that crap will be stamped out. In fact Iran will have to use back channels to negotiate in that region. Iran is stretching their luck. That's a fact
English

@BRICSinfo Call it “international waters” all you want.
If Iran can shut the Strait of Hormuz whenever it wants…
then who actually controls it

@BRICSinfo Milei bashes Iran and sides with the US and Israel.
it hits home for many Argentines. There's a history they remember. But many won't see it that way.
English

When Milei calls Iran a “terrorist tyranny” and throws support to the US and Israel, you can feel how personal it is. Argentina still carries the memory of the AMIA bombing, so it sounds raw and heartfelt, not just diplomatic.
