Hi everyone, and Happy New Year! 😙 One of the main perks of EasyBloggers is its integrations with Primfeed, and today, I'm introducing a new integration to grow your store using Primfeed. Every logged-in resident on Primfeed can now request any demo from your EasyBloggers products featured in your bloggers' posts. Any customer looking to buy something featured in a post can request a demo right from the credits before visiting the product locations. Once they've tried the demo and are happy with it, they can return to the post and click on a product's location. By default, this option is not enabled. Make sure to enable it on your older products.

The second Primfeed Community Meeting was held on December 1st, and with 50 attendees, it was one of the most proud moments I had in Second Life. 😍 A lot has been discussed and covered, including your submitted questions. There are the key points: - The new "Get Notified" button sends in-world reminders one day and one hour before the event starts. A notification in-app will be added. - Videos and social media preview links are to launch by December 2024 or January 2025, which are the main priority right now. - Work still needs to be done to make the Feeds more appealing. I've noticed that many people missed the features EasyBloggers recently got. Here is a summary: - You can set your status as away for several days, which will automatically extend all your deadlines. You don't need to request permission. - You can leave a store. Visit the store's profile, and click Leave the store. - You can change the interface theme to a dark theme. Did I miss something?

Yesterday, the first Primfeed Community Meeting happened, and it was so nice to see you in-world! 🥰 On the same idea of recurring meetings Second Life has for content creators and other subjects, I wanted to give it a try for Primfeed and see if it would be interesting. Honestly, it was super fun to do, and it helped me better understand what to work on next and have the opportunity to explain my choices. Hey everyone, today's update features many quality-of-life improvements for everyone, beginning with editing your comments! Yes, finally. 🥰 On top of that: Fixes - The new line issues should be fixed when creating/editing a post. - You can now right click on the date of a comment to copy the link or open it in a new tab. - The comments should properly show when viewing an image on mobile. - When viewing an image, clicking the Back button of your browser will close the image instead of redirecting you somewhere else. - On mobile, info on the picture in the Public Gallery will always be shown. - The go back button should now redirect you correctly. As a last feature, the filters on the Public Gallery now persist on your device and in the URLs, which means you can save multiple Bookmarks depending on your mood. (e.g.: Start using the filters and save a bookmark with commercial filters, from everyone or a bookmark for only the residents you follow, without the commercial content.) Thank you. Hey everyone, Primfeed just received its most significant update yet. Mentions, a new navigation, likes from the Public Gallery... There is a lot to cover. Let's see together what's new 👇 Mentions I know you've been waiting for a long time, but it's here. Mentions of users and stores have been added to Primfeed. You can mention someone in a post, comment or in your profile description. They will receive a notification only when mentioned in a post or comment. New navigation One of Primfeed's promises was to replace Flickr, the social media focused on media sharing you've been used to for years. While I wanted Primfeed to be a bit of the best of everything, you made it clear that you wanted Primfeed to be more focused on media sharing, and the new navigation will help with that. The Public Gallery is now Primfeed's default page, the Home. The old Home page and Discovery have been moved to a new page, Feeds, which contains the usual "Following" and "Discovery" feeds, with filters for pictures and text, text only, or pictures only. Likes from the Public Gallery A few months ago, I asked you what your ideal Public Gallery would be. One of the main pains was that you could only like a picture directly from the Public Gallery view after having to click on it first. Starting today, if you hover your mouse above a picture from the Public Gallery, the artist's name, the post's first characters, and the like button will appear. This will allow you to quickly like a picture without opening it first, which is handy! New editor, with bold and italic Primfeed uses a new editor, and premium members can now format their text. Start writing your post and select the text you want to make bold or italicized. New post from anywhere on Primfeed Previously, you could only create a post from your Home feed. This is no longer the case, and you can now create a Post from anywhere on Primfeed using the new button in the sidebar. Schedule posts This was one of the top requested features. Premium members can now schedule posts. Write your post, choose your pictures, select a date and you're ready to go. Slight redesign, more modern Primfeed has a good design but lacks the modern feeling I intended it to have. Margins, text sizes, and fonts have been refined and will continue to be refined. Events Residents spend a lot of their time at events, whether group meetings, live music shows, or gatherings. However, they didn't have a dedicated place on Primfeed, which was a bummer. The new Events page is live for everyone. Any premium members can create a new listing with its flyer to promote their event. Terms of Service updates focused on commercial events While a lot of commercial content was allowed in the Public Gallery, commercial events needed to be included. It was a challenge to find a rule that could be fair to them while not spamming the Public Gallery with the same ads over and over. Commercial events can now publish their flyer to promote their event once a week in the Public Gallery, and they can publish vendor ads of products sold at their event. Lastly, the Public Gallery now features a lot more results. This is the most significant update Primfeed has received yet, and I hope the wait was worth it. I've been using this version internally for a few days now, and it feels so much better than what we had until now, and I'm excited to see your first reactions. So, I've finally read every comment you've made on the feedback portal about what you wanted from Primfeed and the Public Gallery. 👀 It's awesome to see how much you care about it, and I have good news for you: Primfeed is going to receive its most significant update yet in October.  The focus will be more on sharing your pictures with the community and making Primfeed what we deserve as a media-sharing platform. Primfeed has a new home. Say goodbye to the old and dark skybox and welcome a new elegant main store. Here, new residents can learn more about Primfeed, and active residents can buy or renew their Primfeed Pro subscription. Primfeed is about Second Life residents. Behind the desk, a TV displays a selection of their art, from professional photographs to amateur ones. Everyone is welcome on Primfeed, and I hope you like this new home, which was possible thanks to everyone. Incoming at the end of September or during October, Primfeed will focus more on sharing your art and browsing the inventory of events to allow more convenience when you're looking for something new to wear or a new addition to your home. Hey 😌 Coming back from holidays, Primfeed got a few bug fixes and changes regarding the Terms of Service. - Add "Incorrect commercial tag" reason to the report menu. - The Updates menu has been renamed to News - Choosing text-only will now remain when you go back on the page. - Adding two new Mastodon instances - New pages have been added to the documentation regarding the moderation, how it works and why your content may have been modified. docs.primfeed.com/moderation/why… - Fixed a bug where reposts might have messed up with the feed chronology. - Fixed a bug when a resident will show instead of a store when both accounts have the same name. As you probably already saw, the Terms of Service changed today, and these changes aim to allow more content for stores to promote their businesses and protect users and their content. - If you are posting a vendor ad for a product you're selling, tag your post as vendor ad. - If you are only posting a picture that showcases a product being sold, but you're not the creator of the product being sold, do not tag your post as a vendor ad. - In addition to vendor ads, stores can post posters to promote store sales, giveaways, bloggers search and hunts. - For non vendor ads, AI altered or generated content are not considered as Second Life content, thus not allowed in the Public Gallery. See more details under the dedicated section altered or generated content. - Taking and using pictures from a user without the end user's consent could result in an account termination. - Real Life content under the Adult and Adult+ ratings is strictly forbidden. It's Thursday, and there is a lot to discover from today's update for Primfeed, starting with the new filters for the Public Gallery. 🥰 Residents and Commercial are the two new filters for the Public Gallery, allowing you to filters content depending on your mood. Do you want to enjoy arts from residents, or do you feel like spending your money? Combining the new Commercial filter with the "Following" filter allows you to quickly browse the new releases from your favorite stores. 🛍️ A new way to save posts has been added, Bookmarks. Instead of liking a post, bookmark it, and keep it for later. This can be used for your next purchase, or save a tutorial for your viewer or PBR you saw on Primfeed. And finally, one of the big changes is the Favorite Destinations. From your profile page, add up to 3 Second Life destinations to let anyone viewing your profile, know about the places you most love. It's been almost a week since the first month anniversary of Primfeed, and I wanted to do an update that will have a positive impact on the browsing of Primfeed, for everyone. I want Primfeed to be special, and that's why, starting today, the Public Gallery is the only place that you will be able to enjoy, based on your personalized preferences, Second Life content 99% free of generative AI or Renders. 🫨 Content filters have been added to your account and to the Public Gallery, allowing you to filter out the vendor ads using the AI or Render tags. Remember, these tags are not optional for the vendor ads. More changes have been made to improve the overall browsing experience: - The Public Gallery has now a limit on how many pictures you can add per 24 hours, this will help to reduce the spam of pictures from a single resident, and helps increase the quality of the browsing experience. - Only show the content of the residents you are following, or discover new talents or products. There is always a different content to enjoy from the gallery. And finally, on the like button of your posts, you can see the residents who liked your post. Click it, and review who liked your post for your giveaways or just to know potential residents to follow. ❤️ Thank you everyone for being part of Primfeed and all our discussions, always providing positive or negative feedbacks, everyone has a voice. 🤝

Today, Primfeed is 1 month old, and there is a lot to cover. 😍 Honestly, I didn't know Primfeed would have such a positive impact on the community. Everyone is so happy about it, so excited to use it every day, everyone can already see the benefit of a social media dedicated to Second Life residents only. In the last 30 days, Primfeed is: - More than 20,000 registered accounts - More than 210,000 pictures uploaded - More than 120,000 daily interactions (comments, posts, likes…) - More than 10,000 unique residents use it every week - More than 34,000 subscribers subscribed to their favorite stores through Primfeed’s store profile via EasySubscribers, which is a huge deal for stores and helps them promote their brand like never before. And 12 updates have been made to Primfeed, including features with a lot of impact and improvements for the residents. You proved that you are excited about Primfeed, and it's time for me to prove that Primfeed is here to stay. A few changes have been made to the Terms of Service and to the Privacy Policy. In order to always innovate, to do things differently and right, the legal documents for Primfeed have been changed to disclose my RL company name along with my RL identity. Primfeed Pro is receiving an update as well: - Resolution up to 10,000 × 10,000 (was 8196 × 8196 before) - Upload up to 100 MB (was 70 MB before) During August, you can expect significant updates again, and the Public Gallery will receive the love it deserves. Today's update allows owners, co-owners, managers and friends to include products in their pictures. 📦 And it's a great reminder for everyone that, Primfeed has tight integrations with EasyBloggers and EasySubscribers. Hundreds of brands use EasyBloggers to manage their bloggers, and it makes their lives easier. 🥰 EasySubscribers is the easiest subscribers system to use, and it's friendly to your subscribers as well. EasySubscribers is the only system including an unsubscribe link to each newsletter sent through the system. Along with that, your potential customers or audience can subscribe to your newsletter right from your business page. This is just the beginning, and during this year you can expect even more. 🥹

You were waiting for it (me too), and it's finally here. You can now reply to comments in Primfeed, and get notified when someone replies to you. 💬 There are a few fix bugs and other improvements to Primfeed for today's release, so check out the last release note to get all the information. Hey, display names are finally here 🔥 If you go to your profile, you will be able to personalize your display name to show on Primfeed, as you can in Second Life. However, please note that your legacy name will still show! Along with this update, I've added a new setting: Hide yourself from the search. If you don't want people to find you through the search on Primfeed, just disable this setting and your name won't show in the search. However, your profile will still be accesible from other ways (From the feeds, etc) And finally, the infinite scrolls is now available on all feeds. Enjoy infinite scrolling for your favorite residents you follow ❤️ Next step: Reply in comments!

Primfeed just got a huge update, including new features and bugs fixes, for everyone. It's just the beginning, but there is so much to build together, thanks to your feedbacks on the portal. Here is what you can expect from this update: New features * Show a message when your Notifications are loading. * Links to the Terms of Service, Documentation, Roadmap, and Release note have been added in Primfeed. * A tiny window has been added when clicking on Release note, to see what's new on Primfeed. * A new private section has been added to your profile: Liked posts. * A new tag shows when the viewing user is following you. “Follows you”. * Adding more maturity rating settings: [Moderate, Adult, Adult+], [Adult, Adult+], [Adult+] * The owner of a post can now delete comments from their posts. * Enable links in the About section of your profile. * The password red rules are now hidden until you start entering something in the password field. Fixed * When going on a profile, you will now be at the top of the page. * Maximum 10 avatars will now show on the grouped notifications. * Discovery doesn't show posts that quote a post, without content, anymore. * The colors of the products' selector in the EasyBloggers products selection when creating Posts have been fixed. * The repost of a repost of a repost of a repost of a repost of a post has been fixed. Sorry! ❤️ * Fixed the bug where Likes can be out of sync between pages. * Reverse list of followers and following in the profile. Newest is at top. * Increased the timeout for uploads, from 30s to 120s. This should solve many errors when uploading your pictures. * The comments from banned accounts are now correctly removed.
