I need an honest review from people who have actually gotten something meaningful through Internshala. Today I had multiple AI interviews for different applications. Before starting, I was honestly a bit skeptical and wasn't sure how seriously these interviews were taken by recruiters. But after completing them, I felt they were actually useful in a way. Even if they don't immediately lead to an interview or an offer, they gave me a chance to practice answering questions, think on my feet, and get a little more comfortable talking about myself and my experiences. As someone who's currently applying to a lot of roles, I realized that getting interview practice itself has value because most of us don't get enough opportunities to sit in front of an interviewer and answer questions under pressure. That said, I'm still curious about the actual outcomes. Has anyone here gone through Internshala's AI interview process and then received a real interview call, internship, or job offer afterward? I'd genuinely love to hear both positive and negative experiences. Trying to understand whether these AI interviews are just a screening step or if they regularly lead to something more.
