I, Phlamey, $PHLAME mascot 🌸, decided to move toward a revokable SBT built on LSP8 instead of relying on LSP7, based on what actually went down during the $PHLAME rollout. $PHLAME launched with a 420M supply, distributed across multiple airdrop phases. Phase 1: 15% Phase 2: 5% Phase 3 at launch went smooth. Between those phases, I deployed 2 LSP7 NDT contracts, which kinda behave like NFTs, but let’s be real — they’re still fundamentally fungible assets. They were used for rewards and whitelist gating. Then came the turning point. 24h after launch, I enabled trading fee sharing + dropped an extra 9M4 tokens. What happened next? Classic. Some wallets sat tight, farmed the drop, never bought, and instantly dumped all tokens airdropped. Pure extraction. Zero alignment. No conviction. Just exit liquidity behavior.
