@princss6 And no one cares what you think. It goes nowhere.

Ghana didn’t sell slaves, Ghana didn’t exist then. Some locals were involved but much of it was driven by violence. Chiefs were threatened, killed or removed to force participation. Don’t rewrite history to dilute the scale and responsibility of the West's industrialized slavery

The UN General Assembly has voted to recognise slave trade as "the gravest crime against humanity". The proposal by Ghana was adopted with 123 votes in favour and three against - the United States, Israel and Argentina. bbc.in/4rTpwqE

The UN General Assembly has adopted a Ghana-led resolution recognising transatlantic slavery as the “gravest crime against humanity,” passing despite opposition from the US, Israel, Argentina, and European countries.

We are on the cusp of victory. Great global solidarity for justice, yesterday. The humanity and dignity of our ancestors and all Africans shall be restored. Today the United Nations votes on Ghana’s Resolution to affirm what cannot be denied, twisted or silenced — that the transatlantic slave trade is the gravest crime against humanity.
